Billing Policy
Accent Office Services offers hourly rates reasonably scaled to fit your specific needs. To discuss further, please contact Janet or Phillip.
Hourly rates cover labour, any necessary communication between You (the “Client”) and Accent Office Services , as well as any templates and/or information delivered to you via email, fax, telephone, or courier, including the confidential hard copy of your data on disk, CD, or DVD.
Extraordinary materials such as envelopes, printing materials for bulk mailing, postage and similar will be billed to the Client in addition to the hourly rate, and are subject to applicable HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) or GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Invoices are issued in Canadian funds and are subject to Canada’s HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) or GST ( Goods and Services Tax) dpending on the Client’s business location (Canadian residents only). All invoices to the Client will include a detailed listing of services rendered as well as a summary of items purchased, if applicable.
Certain projects may be quoted on a flat-fee basis, rather than an hourly rate, and every effort will be made to ensure an accurate and reasonable estimation of time and materials in advance.
Payment terms are net 10 and currently can be paid by cheque, money order. or PayPal. Larger projects may require a deposit of 20% to 50% in advance, with the remaining balance due under the normal payment terms of the invoice.
The quality of work provided to you by Accent Office Services must meet your reasonable standards or you do not pay for it.
Privacy Policy
Accent Office Services respects your privacy and will never share your information with others. A Confidentiality Agreement is offered with each quotation and you can be assured that your sensitive information or materials will be treated with the utmost respect and integrity. Any materials or information provided by you will be returned to you and/or copies destroyed upon your request.
